A training course held for the Judicial Notifies of
all Baghdad CRRPD's branches at the CRRPD's training center " auditorium
of the Martyr Mr. Mustafa AL-Mudamgha" on Wednesday and Thursday 13 & 14 /2/2008
.
- A training course was held for the Judicial Notifies of CRRPD's
branches of Kirkuk , Ninewa , Salah Al-din , Diyala at the CRRPD training center
" auditorium of the Martyr Mr. Mustafa AL-Mudamgha" on Sunday and Monday
24 & 25 /2/2008 . In both training courses two of the CRRPD's Judges had
lectured the main topics prepared training course program, " Mr.Adil Abd Nahi
and Mr.Mohamad Hussien Ali ".
In response to the official invitation extended to Mr.Ahmed S. AL-Barrak Head of
the Commission for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes ( CRRPD ) by the
United Nation Office for Project Services (UNOPS) and the European Commission
with the cooperation of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to
participate in the final conference of Human Rights Care ; Mr. Al-Barrak had
participated in the aforesaid final conference which was held in the United
Nations University in Amman on Thursday 22nd of November 2007 . The
aforesaid final conference's Motto was " For Better Method to Protect Human
Rights in Iraq " The above mentioned final conference is coming as a part of the
ending of project under the title of " Distributing Human Rights Culture in Iraq
through Iraqi NGOs Support " .
In response to the official Invitation extended by the International
Organization for Migration (IOM). Mr. Ahmed S. Al-Barrak will head an official
delegation consisting CRRPD's senior managers to visit Switzerland - Geneva from
6-13/12/2007 . The purpose and general objectives of the visit are as follows :-
a) To provide CRRPD Senior Mangers with an opportunity to discuss their daily
work , the challenges that they face , and ways to address those challenges .
b) To discuss with CRRPD Senior Mangers tools and methods that can assist them
with their work .
c) To discuss the CRRPD Claims Application and Database and to facilitate their
work .
Mr. Al-Barrak will avail the opportunity of being in Geneva , he will hold a
separate meeting with the concerned "IOM" high officials to hold discussions to
evaluate the CRRPD working process plan for the year 2007 , in addition to set a
working process plan for the CRRPD's next year 2008 . The aforesaid discussions
are match and implementation to the previous agreement signed with "IOM"
In response to the official invitation extended to Mr.Ahmed S.AL-Barrak Head of
the Commission for Resolution of Real Property Disputes (CRRPD) By (3) three

Mr.AL-Barrak will pay work visit to Amsterdam , the capital city of Holland
from 8-16/9/2007 to carry out discussions and debate on
the issue .....
" Peace and Reconciliation in Iraq " together with the role of the Commission
for the Resolution of Real Property Disputes in the Transitional Justice'
program as justice is considered as one of the important foundations to
Pease and Reconciliation.
The Information and Public Relations Department had extended an invitation to several Universities Teachers and Distinguished
Academic personnel of both Cultural and Legal Medias requesting their serious & activitated contributions in AL-Hal Magazine by forwarding their writings productions therein.
